Britt Thomas, Ph.D.

President

Britt is an organizational psychologist and owner of Performance Associates.  He started with the company in 1996 and took over in 2012.  He has consulted with organizations for over thirty years in the areas of leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, team performance, and pre-hire aptitude testing.  He conducts hundreds of leadership assessments each year ranging from c-suite executives to front line supervisors. He also coaches and develops leaders, and specializes in creating talent management systems with a demonstrable ROI. 

Outside of work, Britt enjoys spending time with his wife Wendy, and when possible, his five children who are spread out over the South East.  He also enjoys golf, tennis, and exercise of all types.

Mark Jones, Ph.D.

President Emeritus

Mark is an organizational psychologist. He founded Performance Associates in 1978 and has a wide range of expertise. He was a contributing pioneer to many of the modern job analysis techniques, and has specialized expertise in developing pre-hire aptitude testing systems. Mark has a unique ability to develop advanced understanding of jobs within a short period of time. This has allowed him to create numerous customized testing processes that have very high accuracy. He has validated hundreds of testing systems throughout his career and continues to consult for Performance Associates on a part-time basis.

Lynne Marie Becker, M.S.

Lynne Marie began working for Performance Associates in 2001. She started as a consultant assessing leadership talent in the company’s assessment centers. With over twenty years in the company, she is a seasoned consultant with expertise in leadership assessment for positions ranging from front line supervisors to senior leaders, 360 degree evaluations, giving feedback, data analysis, and project management. When not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, exercising, and following her favorite sports teams.

Lori Church, M.Ed., Ed.S.

Lori Church has been involved in the field of psychology, with a specific emphasis upon conducting assessments, throughout her professional career. She has provided written and consultative feedback for development purposes across both business and educational applications. Lori started working with Performance Associates in 2011. She has evaluated leadership skills of hundreds of business leaders from front-line supervisors to executive positions. She has integrated information from tests, interviews, and behavioral observations to help inform effective hiring and leadership development decisions.

Outside of work, Lori and her husband Glenn enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and kayaking. They have one adult son. As a former collegiate athlete, Lori has remained active by playing and officiating various sports.

Esmee Kyles

Office Manager

Esmee Kyles is the Office Manager for Performance Associates and started in 2014. She originally hails from Bronx, NY, and has over 25 years of administrative experience. Esmee organizes the schedules and activities of the consultants, and constantly communicates with client liaisons. She has a signature laugh and vibrant personality that endears people to her, and always keeps client interests at the forefront.

Esmee is married and has one son. When she's not assisting the team, she loves to sing karaoke and travel.
