In an intensive, full-day process, we not only assess candidates through conventional means such as cognitive ability testing, personality testing, and interviewing, but we also evaluate their responses to real-life situations through the use of simulations. Our leadership simulations require candidates to demonstrate actual ability in settings they are likely to encounter on the job, such as managing the performance of subordinates and persuading colleagues in group sessions.

Our assessment centers are valuable whether an employer is making hiring decisions, identifying the best internal candidate for promotion, or developing the leadership skills of existing employees. In each case, Performance Associates will provide a comprehensive written report on the candidates and, when appropriate for leadership development, an individual development plan for the person. We also offer assistance in implementing individual development plans.
We conduct assessment centers in our own state-of-the-art facility in Memphis or at other locations of the client's choosing.
